How Denver is Tackling Sustainable Seafood in a Land-locked City

The world is eating seafood at a rate that cannot be sustained. Denver chefs, farmers and suppliers are working towards a more sustainable seafood industry.

It’s nice to see us taking the food supply in our own hands locally.  We are so spoiled in this Country that we take little things like seafood for granted.  Kudos!
