Hey, they did it in Detroit 10 years ago, and it is not an ideal place to trust me. The economy and infrastructure may get a boost, it may not, but everything is negotiable. Hotel rooms and Airbnb would benefit, local business and restaurants and bars might do well. Traffic on the other hand? Ouch. Either way, it could be beneficial. Stressing it could. Might as well give it a look.
