This is difficult whatever way you look at it. Small business owners who are independent, it’s costing them thousands of dollars staying closed. Unemployment takes awhile so some are literally seeing no income. And you can’t really count the stimulus checks because some haven’t received those either.
The decision to keep businesses closed I’m sure didn’t come lightly but it is going to cause many families to struggle and is potentially creating a scenario that some companies and people may not be able to come back from financially.
