New Pasta Restaurant Coming to Denver

Restaurant Olivia will be a pasta driven, neighborhood focused and Italian inspired restaurant in Denver’s Wash Park.

The beloved Wash Park restaurant Cafe Marmotte will become Restaurant Olivia in 2020. It will be owned by the team behind Bistro Georgette, which includes Chef Ty Leon, Austin Carson, and Heather Morrison. It is going to be an Italian concept but there are still a lot of French influences that will be kept. The Cafe Marmotte regulars are apprehensive about it changing but it could turn out to be a hit. Either way Wash Park is getting something new and exciting.
