It’s about time. I have been raving about Santiago’s since the first time I tried them up in Brighton. When they came to Englewood my prayers were answered. Obviously food is subjective but growing up with home made green chile, Santiago’s is hard to beat for the cost. People complain and say there is better green chile in Denver. Not for $2 a breakfast burrito. When people get mild or half and half, I can see that. But hot at Santiagos is still the measuring stick for me. Best value and home of the breakfast burrito. I am down with it!
