Restaurant Olivia recently opened in Denver. The focus is on handmade Italian pasta and first-class service. Olivia also has unique cocktails and a nice wine list. Be sure to try the fresh focaccia bread, with basil-parmesan and balsamic butter. They make it daily. The care that goes into the pasta and bread alone is worth the trip.
